By making purchases through this website, you are entering into a legally binding contract with us. This means that you and we both have rights and responsibilities. If you are unsure of your rights and responsibilities now or at any time during your contract, seek independent advice. If you are under the age of 18, you can only use the website with a parent or guardian.
The information on this website is provided in good faith and Cametex cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage arising from its use or misuse.
When you buy online, your consumer rights are different and these Terms may not apply or may differ from purchases made at one of our stores.

Your order
By placing an Order with us, you agree to these Terms as well as our Privacy Notice and Terms of Use for this website.
By placing an online order, you are inviting us to enter into a contract with you to supply your chosen products at the price indicated on the website and on your order form. When we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation email within 48 hours to the email address you provided to us to confirm receipt, after which your order will be processed. This confirmation is neither a confirmation of the order, nor an acceptance of the order by us. Acceptance of your order and termination of the Contract will occur when we ship the goods to you (or the first product if we deliver in installments).
When you place an order with us (including requesting samples or making an appointment with our home advisory service), you will be registered with our email marketing programs, Facebook and Google Audiences. You can unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe links in our emails, by logging into your online account or by contacting us at info@cametex.com. We will not share your personal information with other companies for marketing purposes. Your information may be processed outside of Europe, but there are strict rules to protect it. If you have a valid discount coupon that you want to use, please enter the appropriate code in the appropriate field when you go to checkout and the discount will be deducted from the total.
We may provide information about the availability of the products we sell on the website, including throughout the ordering process, but we cannot guarantee the availability of the products listed on the website.
Confirmation of your order is not our guarantee of product availability.

We make every effort to ensure that all of our web prices and descriptions are accurate and up-to-date, but in rare cases errors are possible. Our team will check the details of your order and if we find there is a pricing or other error, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you a choice: continue your order at the correct price / specification or cancel your order. and get a full refund. If we do not receive a response to this notice within 7 days, we will cancel the order and refund your payment.
If you provide your own measurements, you are responsible for their accuracy and Cametex is not responsible if the flooring does not fit. Therefore, make sure they are listed correctly at the time of ordering to avoid shipping or flooring problems.
Liability
While we try to get it right the first time, sometimes things don't go according to plan. In accordance with your statutory rights, if your flooring is not of a satisfactory quality or is not suitable for the purpose of which we become aware, we will replace any defective flooring and arrange for the recovery and disposal of the defective flooring.
If there are any problems with an installation that we have arranged under the agency agreement outlined in these terms and conditions, we will ask the appropriate installer to revisit your property to have your installer carry out the necessary repairs. Any fitting contract is between you and the installer.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Our products are only suitable for general home use and are not necessarily suitable for commercial use, especially where there are different fire safety standards for some commercial applications that the products may not meet.
If you are not acting as a consumer, all terms, conditions, and warranties implied by law (other than the name warranties) are excluded. You must make your own decision as to whether the products you choose are suitable for their intended use, even if the purpose is known to us. In these circumstances, our liability is limited to the cost of replacing any defective product. We are not responsible for loss of rental income, inconvenience, inability to rent a room, loss of turnover, loss of profits or any consequential and / or consequential damages.
This provision does not affect our liability for fraud or willful misrepresentation or personal injury resulting from our negligence.

Product warranties
It is our responsibility to ensure that the products we supply are of satisfactory quality, conform to the sample, and correspond to the purpose for which they are sold. Some products are subject to additional warranties provided by us or the manufacturer. If provided by the manufacturer, we are not responsible for these additional warranties.
Details of our prices
Clear prices
At Cametex, we want our customers to be confident that they are getting the very best from all of our flooring and plywood. This is why we constantly compare our prices with those of our competitors to ensure our prices are competitively low. This is why our policy is backed by our promise to never give up on price. For more information, please check out our Pricing Promise. Discounts are clearly marked in the store and online, and some items may not be eligible for this promotion. The list price cannot be the last selling price of a particular product.
Never beaten for a price
We will refund the difference if, within 28 days of purchase, you:
Get a quote for the same delivered and complete flooring products and services from another vendor at a lower price; or Find an equivalent sofa, bed frame or mattress of the same brand in another store for a lower price.
Conditions so that the price is never beaten and promises a refund of the difference:
The price promise does not apply to online purchases or category purchases, or offers from auto retailers.
Prices from other Cametex Group stores are also excluded.
The promise to surpass any floor price applies to floor prices, shipping and complete installation. Likewise, the promise to beat any bed prices extends to the shipping price.
If you wish to purchase only flooring, any competing offer must be for that same product only and no other retailer must supply or arrange for the supply or installation of other related items. In these circumstances, our price promise only applies to carpets, laminate and vinyl flooring and does not include rugs, backing, grip, adhesives and related products.
The cost of fitting will be charged and paid by your recommended installer under a separate contract between you and the installer.
If a request for an excess of a competing offer from another is made at a point of sale, any offer to be rejected must be submitted within the immediately preceding 28 days in writing and we must be able to identify the seller who provided the quote. Any price that can be surpassed for a sofa, bed frame or mattress must be available from a competing retailer on the day of purchase from us within a time frame equivalent to our availability.
We will not refund the difference in circumstances where you placed an order with us and the price of the ordered products has subsequently been reduced.
Different retailers will use different names for the same products. Our promise extends to the same products, no matter what names they are called in other retail stores.
In the unlikely event that you would like to claim a refund, please provide us with your order details, competitor, date, product details, warranty and shipping costs, and quoted price so that your claim can be verified. After verification, we will pay for the claim. Returns for valid claims will be processed by your local store or our store support department and transferred to the used payment card. A check is issued if the order was paid for in cash or by check.
After-sales service
If you need help or are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us. First of all, it should be the store that fulfils or fulfilled your order (in terms of flooring). It is very important that you let us know as soon as possible if you are not satisfied so that we can correct the situation quickly.
Floor coverings
Please review the work performed with your installer (see the Installation (flooring) section above for more details on the installation process) before they leave. Your installer should be able to resolve any issues it finds.
If a problem with a fitting appears after the product has been installed, either contact your installer directly or, first of all, notify the installer shop of the problem.
